In Yoga Therapy, many dimensions of Vedic science are integrated to empower you to manifest your highest potential: from poses and breath, to somatic movement and meditation, to shamanic journeying and Aruyveda.
Yoga therapy is for those dealing with special challenges that may not be addressed in a typical yoga group class setting.
Perhaps you are recovering from surgery, or have a physical challenge such as asthma, osteoporosis, low back pain, a frozen shoulder, or a psychological challenge such a PTSD or insomnia.
I will bring my years of expertise in the various dimensions of yoga and design a program that will help you improve and feel happier and healthier in your body, mind, and emotions. Yoga can be practiced by anyone, at any age with any limitation, and it will always empower you.
