Trainings
“The teacher training has been a real joy in my life — a diving deeper, connecting, letting go. Finding my authentic voice. You have really made each of the chakras come alive for me, and with the intertwining and balance, a truer sense of self, and now I hope to share that with as many others as possible. And as I have told you several times, I always felt so nurtured after one of our weekends. You are a wonderful teacher. Thank you.”
—Sandra M.
For the past 40 years, I have been teaching yoga classes and training yoga teachers. In 2006 I developed a teacher training curriculum — Inner Domain 5 Element Yoga — that fused everything I had learned about yoga, Ayurveda, and the wisdom that undergirds all of the Vedic traditions. This curriculum was approved by the Yoga Alliance, the largest certifying association of yoga schools, and I have been teaching it ever since.
Fourteen years ago, I also began leading trainings of Ayurveda counselors and yoga teachers in Washington, D.C. and Europe, and in 2016 I began teaching yoga as a professorial lecturer at American University.
Most recently, I become a certified Yoga Therapist and developed a new healing curriculum called Life Flow Integrated Yoga Therapy, which was approved by the International Association of Yoga Therapists, and is designed specifically to help people with anxiety and trauma.
Now we have formed the Inner Domain Sacred Ministry which is the umbrella under which all of our trainings are offered as certifications in holding leadership positions guiding teachings in alignment with Nature’s loving intelligence.
Yoga has always been a system of living from the truest core of your spirit with clarity, unwavering compassion, faith, and courage. We build strong flexible bodies to contain the brightness of our spirits. Yoga and its sister vedic sciences of Jyotisha and Ayurveda integrate to support us flourishing as free and powerful masters of life. Every dimension is affected. How we see, understand, imagine, communicate, create and act in the world can be aligned with LOVE and LIGHT.
This is the perspective I hold and aim to share through my trainings, whether it’s basic 200-500 hour teacher foundations in the Inner Domain 5 Element style, Yoga Therapy as Life Flow Integrated systems for Anxiety, or Integrated Yoga and Ayurveda.

“I am so grateful for having found this offering of the Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultant certification program. It has been an unbelievable experience — much more than learning from the extensive knowledge and writings of Dr. Frawley is being embraced by the true spirit of life and healing that both he and Neva have been blessed with. Neva is an extraordinary teacher with a deep understanding of Ayurveda, but it is her love and energy that has truly changed my life and expanded my health coaching practice.”

Having taken a 300-hour Yoga and Ayurvedic Counselor training with Neva, I had the pleasure of working with her for almost two years. The energy she brings to each and every session, combined with her vast wealth of knowledge, made the experience a once-in-a-lifetime one. I will be forever grateful.

Life Flow Integrated Yoga for Anxiety
Prerecorded Online Training
20-hour training for healthcare professionals, yoga therapists and teachers, healers, counselors, and personal journeyers.
The premise of this program is how stress-related symptoms, whether they manifest as chronic anxiety, PTSD, depression or compromised immunity, have at their root a traumatic experience from the past that caused a split between the conscious mind and the body/emotional core.
When an experience takes place that is too overwhelming for the psyche to tolerate, a break occurs in the way the brain processes the information. The communication is broken between the frontal lobes and the deeper emotional levels of the mind.
These deeper emotions do not go away, but are held in the nervous system. They are not at the level of waking, everyday awareness. Because of this they continue to sabotage and hold power. The process of Life Flow Yoga for Anxiety is to create a safe space where one can let go into a level of body awareness that facilitates a gradual acceptance of trauma and a subsequent intellectual processing of experiences that diffuses their power.
Neva’s Inner Domain Sacred Ministry 5-pronged approach:
• Soma therapies, Yoga, spontaneous movement, Qi Gong, Feldenkrais
• Shamanic and Tantrik soul journeying through guided meditation, yoga nidra and mindfulness
• Life style applications, Ayurveda, ritual, Jyotish (the art of timing,
alignment of dharma, and navigating karma)
• Energy medicine, balancing, cleansing and harmonizing the energetic field to support healing the physical and soul levels. The use of touch.
• Creativity and finding voice to integrate through all the layers.

300/500-Hour Inner Domain 5-Element Integrated Yoga and Ayurveda Teacher Training
Expand your definition of yoga teacher into a Yoga and Ayurvedic lifestyle counselor. This course will include knowledge of New Earth nutritional therapy, therapeutic touch, aromatherapy, yoga of herbs and spices, sound therapy, tantric dance, meditation, and Yoga Therapy. The entire training is based on a deeper understanding of anatomy and physiology as well as the holistic view that we are souls in bodies, fueled by prana and consciousness with a mission here to fulfill, not the least of which is our own fulfillment.
Yoga Therapy is becoming recognized in the U.S. and around the world as a valuable and effective tool for healing. The International Yoga Therapist Association has done much to bring this awareness to the medical community via monitored research conducted according to accepted scientific protocol. This research demonstrates the undeniable effectiveness of a variety of yoga techniques for a host of common health issues from knee injuries to PTSD and M.S.
According to my esteemed teachers Vamadeva Shastri (Dr. David Frawley) and Yogini Shambhavi Yoga Chikitsa, yoga therapy was never designed to be limited to yoga chiropractic, a valuable tool of healing for the physical body, but limited in scope when separated from its authentic alignment with the medical system of Ayurveda.
Ayurveda and Yoga derive from the Vedas, great books of knowledge dating from 5,000 to 7,000 B.C. These books describe the origins of creation, the components of the universe, and the means for us to harmonize our interior landscapes with the laws of nature. Health, happiness, success, and the ultimate liberation is achieved through knowledge of the true self or soul within.
Ayurveda is a system of diagnosis and treatment of the physical and mental/emotional bodies through diet, herbs, sensory input, exercise (yoga), pranayama, mantra aromatherapy, bodywork and other techniques. All of this is applied with the understanding that balancing the constitution (doshas or combinations of elements) of the physical body directly affects the energetic and spiritual bodies.
Yoga in turn continues this evolution toward optimum health through purifying the mind and energetic bodies utilizing Raja Yoga or the 8 limbs (Ashtanga Yoga) complied by Patanjali in his Yoga Sutras some 2,000 years ago.
The ultimate goal of these sister systems is moksa or freedom from suffering on all levels by realizing our true nature as not separate but one with the ultimate source. The 300-Hour Yoga Therapy and Ayurvedic Teacher Training contains this expanded wisdom to heal yourself and your students, family, and friends.

Inner Tantrika: The Dance of the Goddess Certification
The Dance of Yoga and transformation is one from the dense to the subtle. It is a journey of involution that activates evolution.
The movement of creation is Pure Consciousness into the realm of the Goddess, Mother, OM, Space, the Void, into movement, Vata, Marut, Air, the life-giving force of breath, into Fire, the alchemy of transformation, into Waters and the activation of life, Soma, vigor and vitality, into Earth, the cohesive state of form. The sacred geometry of creation.
Our journey is to return home. The entire creation exists in the field of the spiritual heart. Earth dissolves into water, which heats up into fire, and evaporates into air, which expands into space and merges into the matrix of LOVE.
On this journey we encounter obstacles, stuck emotions, negative thought patterns, karmas, attachments — in short, ignorance. The body is the temple and we must go in to go up and out.
Join me in the healing dance of unwinding through the elements and chakras, release and rejoice in freedom and empowerment. Learn also how to guide others through this process of the phoenix rising from the ashes.
500-Hour Ayurveda Certification Program with Neva Ingalls
Based on Dr. David Frawley's American Institute of Vedic Studies Ayurvedic Healing distance learning course presented in a classroom setting for the first time in Washington, D.C. with Neva Ingalls.
The path of Ayurvedic spiritual growth integrates healing wisdom of Vedic medicine, breath control, mantra, yoga poses, and meditation into our everyday life, reflecting a transformative well-being into our family and community.
The Ayurvedic Healing course will allow you to gain certification as an Ayurvedic Lifestyle Counselor with options for further training and study in Ayurveda and Vedic Sciences. This comprehensive course covers Ayurvedic anatomy and physiology, diagnosis, nutrition, herbal therapy, aromas, yoga, Ayurvedic psychology, spiritual practices, and much more. It follows the approach of Dr. Frawley's important book, Ayurvedic Healing, lauded by noted author Deepak Chopra as a "modern classic of Ayurveda, one of the most important new Ayurvedic treatment manuals."
This special course, completed by more than 5,000 people worldwide over the last 20 years, provides extensive training in Ayurveda and is not just an introduction to the subject for the general audience. It aims at providing the necessary foundation so that the student is able to take additional specialized study programs in Ayurveda, including clinical programs. The course includes most of the material covered in two-year Ayurvedic programs given in the West as well as two-year programs devised for foreign students in India.
The Ayurvedic Healing course is primarily a course in healing. It is not specifically allied with any religious teacher, religious group, or spiritual discipline, though it does stress the importance of meditation and yoga. It is allied with Ayurveda in the broadest sense as the Science of Life and recognizes the value of a diversity of Ayurvedic approaches.
We do not believe in dividing up Ayurveda into brand names but try to teach the system in its broadest and most classical sense. We teach Ayurveda as a whole, not one particular form of it. The teaching is rooted in classical Ayurvedic texts but also sees the need to adapt Ayurveda for our changing times and circumstances, which are very different and present many new health challenges.
Ayurveda is not just a medical system that treats the physical body and its ailments; it also includes psychology and spirituality. These topics are presented in-depth throughout the course. They are part of a holistic system of healing that considers our entire nature as body, mind, and spirit. They reflect certain spiritual perceptions about life, like the law of karma, rebirth, and the evolution of higher consciousness in humanity.
Although Ayurveda emphasizes the validity of the spiritual life, it can be applied on a purely physical and psychological level. Even as a physical medicine, Ayurveda has much to offer in terms of natural living guidance and natural health care methods.
